Shelly Spain, CVA II
Shelly has been in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for over 30 years and attended University of North Texas. She has her Certified Veterinary Assistant Level II accreditation and is also a certified Holistic Health Coach. Shelly is a busy wife and mother to twin boys. Their family has a terrier mix named Ollie. Her interests include traveling, cooking, knitting, nutrition research and movies but most importantly spending time with her immediate family and socializing with her parents, her siblings and their families. Getting all the family members together is something they do often because it is so much fun to have all the age groups together. “Whether it is a family work project or family vacation we are always creating some terrific family memories.” Shelly has worked at North Texas Emergency Pet Clinic since 1997. She said her secret for her longevity is that she loves this place and these people.
Donia Meyer, LVT
Donia has been working with our Emergency Clinic since July of 2009. She graduated from Tech school at Omaha College of Health Careers in Nebraska, graduating in 1997. She moved to the Dallas area in 2008. Her family includes her husband, daughter and son. Her furry family includes 2 rescue pups, miniature poodles named Snappy and Mr. Chew. When not driving her active children to their extra curricular activities you will find Donia working on do-it-yourself projects around the house, decorating or camping with the whole family
